Yes, you can switch to a higher or lower plan at any time. You will then pay the new price for the remainder of your subscription.

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time by providing us with one month’s notice by email or in writing.

The free trial allows you to test all of our software’s features for 14 days so that you know exactly what to expect when you join our community.

We never disclose your data to a third party for commercial purposes.

If you meet your quota, we will send you an email that tells you what the extra cost of each additional contact will be.

Your data belongs to you. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can download your entire database in Excel format.

Our payment processor, Adyen, charges a transaction fee of 3.1% + $0.3 per transaction. If you choose our Liberty offer, you do not have to pay this fee because we use a tipping system to have your donors cover it. With our other offers, you have the option to choose between the tipping system and the transaction fee.

If you choose the tipping system, we suggest a tip amount to your donor at the end of their transaction. The tip is not mandatory — our services remain free even if your donor does not pay the suggested tip.

You can pay for your subscription by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or check.

Microsoft Azure hosts our platform data, and Adyen hosts our banking data. Both Microsoft and Adyen are trusted, secure providers.
